Early this morning we were awaken by a telephone call from Kelly Ross in Twin Falls, "Come quickly, the baby's on his way." Joshua Bernard Spiers made his grand entrance at 9:10 a.m. weighing 8 lb. 1 oz. and 20.5 inches long.
Mom and baby are doing great...Our little Joshua did come into to world a little turned around and was left with a nasty bruise on the top of his head. (It's not a shadow, its a bruise.)
Here's pictures of Joshua's first bath, he really didn't care for it much.
but settled right down as soon as it was done and was fast asleep right after.
Little sister just didn't know exactly what to think of her new brother.
Everyone in Twin is happy and healthy. Sarah and Joshua will be going home from the hospital tomorrow. Sarah's Mom, sister, and little brother are down from Rexburg to stay for the next couple of days to help with Abigail. All that attention, she'll be in seventh heaven.

He's such a cute baby I'm glad that he's finally here and everyone is doing well. Abigail will have some adjusting to do but pretty soon she'll be tickled pink to be the big sister (unless of course she's like Tommy was with me)
