A Break from the Winter Weather

To get away from the winter weather, we took the new trailer and went with the Condie's to Yuma, Arizona. It was a wonderful break from the winter weather, in the 70's the entire trip. Yuma was not at all what I thought it would, instead of a dry desolate place, it's a regular farming community in the winter anyway. There was lettuce farms everywhere. It's amazing what water can do for the most dry desolate places. They have a swap meet there every weekend, that like going to a full acre of dollar stores, it was tons of fun. Then we went to Mexico to bargain on more stuff we didn't need. We bought a stained glass window for the trailer door, that we did need. Bu the end of the week we started working our way back home stopping in Lake Havasu to see the London Bridge and golfing in Parker, AZ. Our last stop was in Vegas to visit with Ron & Andria, but the weather didn't hold so we had to leave sooner than we wanted.
It was so truly a great trip, we're already planning next year.....Mexico......
Here are some of the pictures I took with my camera golfing. Steve remembered the camera, but we never remembered to get it out of the trailer. It spent the entire week in his sock drawer.
